I have decided to go literal, so here are the 4 corners of my home:
WEST, my cosy corner, where I watch TV, read, sew, surf the net, eat sometimes, talk a lot. With its cushions and quilts, it is the most comfortable area of my home, sweet home.
SOUTH, the dining room. In a couple of weeks, it'll go under a makeover. See the little bottles? They're filled with sand from beaches we've been to (there are more on the other side of the frame).

NORTH, next to my working table, my personal little mess: memos and inspiration on the wall, papers of all kinds, crafts and sewing supplies. Probably the messiest corner of my home, but it's going to stay like that; it works fine and a little mess is good for my creative soul.
Finally, EAST, our brand new kitchen...
I am getting addicted to Corner View. I am always eager to know what the next theme will be. It's a great creative challenge. Feel like joining? Visit Jane's blog for the list of other participants. Have fun and let me know if you decide to join us!

i love that blue in your kitchen, especially in contrast to the white of your cabinets! and your creative mess corner is just perfect!
love that lit corner. looks so inviting. "come on over and read"
@Aimee: Thanks! Chosing the color for the kitchen was a lot of fun, can't wait to do the same for the dining room. As for the messy corner, it is a proof of my new ability to live with mess; I was a neat freak and it was soooo painful (for me and those living with me)...
@Jodi: Or come on over and take a nap!
Very fun way to do corner view...
your personal mess is very nicely contained and let's just take a minute to talk about that TIFFANY BLUE. fantastic choice. enjoy your kitchen
