It's not that I want to promote this product, but you have got to admit that this TV ad is really good.
(just don't watch the last seconds ;-)

Validation

The best short film (14 minutes of pure happiness) I have seen in ages. Not only is it well made with its music so appropriate but the message is exactly what I believe in: we all need appproval, validation for the great things we do, for the good in us and there's good in everyone. Saying something nice has an impact on everyone (even when we don't "see" it). And remember that being nice is not always easy to do, sometimes it is discouraging, but hold on, keep doing it. Change is on its way.
